Domestic Orders Dispatch this Week 🦅🇺🇸

Hi friends!

The tldr of this update is that Domestic orders begin shipping this week! YAY (but there are important details below so please keep reading anyway lol)

Here's what we learned from shipping International orders:

• It took longer than expected to get them all out. There are many more Domestic orders than there were International so, where it took over a week to ship International, I expect Domestic could take over 2 weeks. We'll see! It's a lengthy process so as always I adore you all for your patience.
• There were MANY who did not receive tracking info via email, however some reported finding their tracking information in their Backerkit profiles. I was told by my distribution partner that everyone would be getting emails, but it's good to know there's a backup if digital correspondences get lost. The backup to the backup is I can look up your tracking links for you - more on that in the last bullet point.
• I did not receive tracking links for International orders until packing had totally concluded. So Domestic friends - I will send out an update when I receive tracking information for everyone and at that point, if you for some reason still haven't gotten your tracking, you can absolutely send me an email to get it from me!

International friends -

International Orders Incoming!

Hi all, keeping it short today -

International orders began shipping last week and will wrap up this week. Domestic orders will start shipping next week! While I am working with a fulfillment partner to make this all happen faster, there are still thousands of packages to dispatch and it is still a lengthy process - your patience, as always, is appreciated!

If you're an international backer and you haven't received shipping confirmation yet, please sit tight for a few more days. I'll be able to look up your shipping tracking link if it gets sent to the wrong email or something, but I'm both recovering from Covid and swamped with shipping pre-orders so I ask that you please wait until this Friday to reach out. I'm overwhelmed, but for great reasons! I am so thrilled with the excitement over this project and I know everyone is eager to receive packages, but again, please do me a small favor and wait a little before dropping by my inbox. Thank you :)

International Orders take flight Monday 🛩️🌎

Decks are set to ship 🍾

Big news from my distribution partner, decks are ready to ship! International orders will be sent out first as they'll spend longer in transit, starting MONDAY. Yay and finally!!

If you backed the project from outside the US, keep en eye on your emails starting Monday for a shipping confirmation and tracking info from Gamblers Warehouse (my distribution partner) or possibly Backerkit.

Domestic orders are scheduled to dispatch the first week of October.

Giveaway Reminder ⚡️

Specifics: Entries must be public, in-feed posts that are live as of the conclusion of the Giveaway. While I appreciate story posts, they can't count as entires because they are impossible to track.

Shipping Update 🃏

Hi friends, the latest from my distribution partner is that they are still applying closure stickers to the ART decks, but once that's done orders will begin to be assembled, starting with international orders and then domestic orders to follow shortly thereafter. I was really hoping today would be the day to start the shipping process, but understand applying numbered closure stickers is a delicate process done by hand. I'm sure the wait will be worth it!

Shipping Addresses 📦

The deadline to update shipping addresses was last Friday, but due to ongoing issues with Backerkit many weren't able to update until this week. You should have all received an email from Backerkit saying that addresses will be locked tomorrow morning, but I'm reiterating it here just in case. See my previous updates for more information about updating your shipping address.

To update your shipping address, you'll need to log in to Backerkit (the service that originally collected your shipping information and is managing the data associated with this Kickstarter).

If you have any issues at all getting into Backerkit, send me an email TODAY ([email protected]) with your full name and mention "Backerkit link". I will respond with your personal Backerkit link, which you can use to log in, check your info to make sure it's correct, and update it if necessary.

I'm aiming for ship dates of Thursday, September 14 for international orders, then the following Thursday, September 21 for domestic orders.
